Urban Acupuncture's standard-plan archetypes test repeatable housing ideas across Seattle. The plans below are different: they are designer-owned DADU drawings that the City currently presents in its pre-approved ADUniverse catalog.
Licensing grants use of the architect's plan; it does not include construction, site-plan preparation, engineering changes, or a permit. Published fees and plan details should be reconfirmed with the designer.

An accessible one-story cottage with a simple wood-frame structure and commonly available materials.
Larger middle-housing plans are being selected - they are not available yet
Seattle is currently soliciting new ADU and middle-housing designs. After selection, chosen designers must develop permit-level drawings and complete City pre-approval before the plans can join the usable catalog.
